Who We Are

At Community Unitarian Universalist Church, we are diverse in our beliefs, backgrounds, and cultures, but united by our desire to seek justice, love, and peace for all. We put our faith in action, using our hearts and hands to improve ourselves, each other, and our community.

We need not think alike to love alike. Among our members and friends, you’ll meet people with a variety of personal creeds and beliefs. We are Unitarian Universalist, Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Humanist, Jewish, Muslim, Pagan, atheist, agnostic, and more.

What We Believe

We value independent thinking, curiosity, and reflection. We respect one another’s experiences and points of view, and know that each of us is seeking our own individual path, even as we journey together as a community.

We believe that our ideals of justice, love, and peace apply to all persons, regardless of race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, national origin, or citizenship status. We strive to live our values by advocating for social reforms that enable all of us to reach our full potential.

We welcome you as you are, no matter who you are, or where you are in your personal journey. Bring us your questions and doubts along with your hopes and yearnings. You’ll find a open-hearted community waiting for you.
