We UU’s are seekers of truth and have many sources of wisdom. Book Sunday is our annual celebration of books presented by our congregants that have expanded their way of seeing and being the world.

Please join us on the last Sunday of this month to hear about new ways of looking at the animal kingdom and new ways of exploring our own minds. Joyce Thompson will be presenting “An Immense World” by Ed Yong – how animal senses reveal the hidden world around us; Jen Mason, “Remarkably Bright Creatures” by Shelby Van Pelt – an exploration of my favorite creature (an octopus) and his connection and friendship with a lonely woman; Alyssa Church, “Broken (In the Best Possible Way) by Jenny Lawson – a humorous and honest discussion of our human foibles and resiliency.
