Our Mother’s Day service on May 11, will celebrate our annual flower communion, a tradition of Unitarian Universalist springtime. Come for stories of UU heroes – Olympia Brown, the first ordained female minister; Norbert Capek, the martyr who founded the first flower ceremony; and to honor all mothers everywhere. If you wish to bring pictures of your mothers, we will be placing them on the altar table along with flowers, or you can send a picture to WorshipAssociates@CommunityUUChurch.org for inclusion in the Sunday slides. Please bring a flower to share as well.
