When the world is on fire, our faith can offer people a safe, healing, and loving space, as well as a supportive community of folks working for justice. UU seminarian Carrie Holley-Hurt visits us from Austin and the Texas Unitarian Universalist Justice Ministry, the UU state action network of which Northwoods UU is joyfully a member congregation. TXUUJM is loud and proud for UU values in the public square, and Carrie will explore with us what it means to be “Unapologetically UU ” and why that matters so much right now.
