The 5th Principle of Unitarian Universalism relates to the right of conscience and the use of the democratic process within our congregations and in society at large. In our larger society, we are seeing activities that raise questions as to how the elections process, as a stronghold of our democracy, may be impacted and thus the ability of people to vote their conscience. Community UU Church is pleased to have Guest Speaker Louis A. Bedford, IV, J.D. in our pulpit for an informative and inspiring service on the state of voting rights in our state and country.
