2026 Fall Service Auction – Saturday, November 7th
Doors open at 5:00 pm – Festivities begin at 6:00 pm
It’s finally here: the social event of the season and our biggest fundraiser of the year returns!
Mark your calendars to join us Saturday, Nov. 7th at 6:00 p.m. at the church for our annual service auction. You’ll find opportunities for dinner parties, game nights, home-cooked meal deliveries, lessons to share, hobbies, skills and interests, and themed baskets for purchase. All the fun of both a silent and a live auction plus dinner and drinks. Childcare provided upon request at serviceauction@communityuuchurch.org. Doors open at 5 pm, dinner served at 6 pm, auction starts at 7 pm.

Our Annual Service Auction is the third and largest in our Big 3 Fundraisers series. This year’s Service Auction theme is “Wildlife of the World”. We hope you can come and enjoy a wonderful, lively evening which includes dinner and childcare as well!
Reservations
There’s no need to wait for an invitation to come. Just fill out the Attendance Reservation Form and we’ll be sure that everyone has a seat at a table.
Donate Items and Services
Auctions need goods and services to auction off in order to be considered, you know, an auction. In years past, we’ve offered up orthodontics, music lessons, electronics, unique meals and parties, musical instruments, artwork, handyman services, creatively decorated and filled gift baskets and a lot more! You can even solicit local businesses that you frequent for donations. You can download and use this 2026 Bright Donor Letter to present to the business manager to show that you’re legitimate.

5:00 pm: Doors open for silent auction bidding
6:00 pm: Dinner is served
7:00 pm: Live auction starts
Your ticket ($12) includes a delicious catered dinner with options for both meat eaters and vegetarians alike. The evening promises to be lots of fun, you’ll have a chance to bid on wonderful auction items, and you’ll be supporting our church. Three very good reasons to partake in “Wildlife of the World” with us!!!
