Composer, guitarist and singer Jim Scott speaks with passion on ecology, justice and peace. His lyrical poetry and stories and calls to action, full of hope and gentle wit. His songs are in our UU Hymnbooks, including “Gather the Spirit,” and he’s toured the country for nearly three decades playing at over 700 UU churches. We will celebrate the Earth with Jim’s original songs and readings along with his personal reflections on the idea of Mother Earth or “Gaia” being one living organism. There will be much joyous music and congregational participation during this special service!
