Amidst all the turmoil around us, what keeps us from falling apart? In Unitarian Universalism we are bound together not by a creed but by a covenant. We will explore how our covenantal relationships hold us together through everyday practices of deep listening, radical empathy and shared grace and how they serve as an anchor and a healing balm in times of collective anxiety.
