Rev. Scott recently retired as Associate Minister of the First Unitarian Universalist Church of Houston. He served there since September 2019, arriving just in time for the pandemic.
Before serving in Houston, he completed a Chaplaincy Residency at Parkland Hospital in Dallas. Scott served as Sabbatical Minister at his home church, the First Unitarian Church of Dallas and completed his Ministerial Internship at the Unitarian Universalist Society of Sacramento. Scott graduated in 2016 with his Master of Divinity degree from Brite Divinity School.
Scott and his husband Conrad share a hundred-year-old home in Dallas and enjoy traveling. Conrad is a psychologist with two grown children.
